Head of the Water and Climate Change Department - Société du Canal de Provence
Vincent Kulesza began his career as Director of the Gignac Canal Irrigation Syndicate, which has its source in the Hérault river. He joined the Société du Canal de Provence in 2007. Concessionaire for the Southern Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, the Société du Canal de Provence manages an exceptional regional hydraulic heritage and mainly mobilizes water from the Verdon river to transport and distribute it throughout the Provence region, securing and saving water resources, while ensuring a water service for all uses (industrial, rural and urban).
Vincent Kulesza was delegated by Alain MEYSSONIER, President of the Mediterranean Water Institute (IME), to participate in this seminar.
